Gary, Please let Gary and David know how happy we were with Jose's professionalism and knowledge as he fixed our a/c last Thursday evening. Knowing it was his last job, and the heat still intense, he didn't try to rush through the work or leave the house without making sure he'd covered all the basis for future failure. A regular technician would have probably fixed the first, obvious problem and left. Jose double checked after the initial find and found a condition that would certainly have left us without a/c again in the coming days.

I know how hard it is to find quality employees, especially technicians, but you have found a great one in Jose.

Dear Ms. Craig,

It is not often that one has the opportunity to write a letter singing the praises of a service person, but I am doing that now and am delighted to be able to do it.

On Friday afternoon at about 5 P.M., my A/C inconveniently died. Since I have a contract with Premier, I called the service number. I did not hear anything for several hours, and called again. I actually resigned myself to spending the night without A/C when I received a phone call around 10 P.M. It was from Jacob, the service man on call. He apologized profusely for calling so late, and asked if I minded if he came by my house. He arrived at 11 P.M. and was extremely coureous and cheerful. He diagnosed the problem and told me that he didn't have the part to fix it at that time, but would try to get it on Saturday morning. He called me on Saturday morning as promised, told me had the part and would be over to do the repair in the late morning. He arrived within the promised time, made the repair quickly and left me very happy to have my A/C functioning once again.

Jacob is an example of a superb serviceman. You should be very proud to have him on your staff. His attitude, disposition and courtesy should make your customers very satisfied.

Karen Buckwold called today to phone in her payment. At the end of the conversation she wanted us to know that Arturo was absolutely wonderful and she is delighted, and said she knows that she can always count on us!!!

 

Dear Mr. Derough:

This letter is follow-up from a late night call on Thursday, August 23. Specifically, roy Torres came out to our house and checked our broken A/C compressor. There was nothing he could do. But Roy called us the next day to help us find a replacement. I really appreciated Roy's help. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. roy reflects well upon your company.
