The best way to keep your HVAC Systems in peak working performance is to have a Home Service Agreement (HSA). HSA's provide 2 check-ups a year; one in the spring and one in the fall. We send you a reminder post card twice every year, letting you know it is time to schedule the bi-annual maintenance. At the very least, we suggest you change your filters regularly and keep your condenser coil clean and clear of dirt and debris.

Trip Charge & Labor Rates

**If a call is generated on Saturday, Sunday, a major holiday, or is after 5:00 pm on a weekday, overtime rates will apply. Overtime Trip Charge is $95 and Overtime labor rate is $102.00/hr.

Saturdays, Sundays, major holidays and after 5:00 pm on weekdays, Premier A/C & Heating Company provides a phone line that is monitored 7:30 am - 12:00 am on weekends and holidays, and 5:00 pm - 12:00 am on work days - 713.682.0888. There is an on-call Service Technician that is paged when a call comes in to the service line, 7:30 am - 12:00 am.

During summer months, please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to return a message. Many times our on-call technicians are in an attic and might not have cell phone or pager reception.
